If you want an honest opinion, call Roof Bros. A different company told me I needed a new roof, but Roof Bros (specifically Colleen) suggested the name of an inspector instead. What an unusual experience, to say the least. Every point of contact we had with Florida Roof Bros, from phone calls (several from Colleen in the office, two where we actually spoke) and the inspection visit with Jared, was above and beyond our expectations. Communication was prompt and professional. They got back to us immediately about maintenance and possible repairs to our metal roof. When I finally got back to them (it was during stormy weather and they communicated and explained well that they can't climb a slippery aluminum roof when it's wet) we were able to schedule a tentative appointment for when the weather was dry. Jared (Sales Manager, who provides estimates) showed up EARLY and called to let me know he was going to be early (as opposed to all those tradespeople who just fail to show and you never hear from again...). Then, looked at our roof, spoke to my husband and reassured us that the little bit of rust we were seeing at the eave corners was from blown in water, was only superficial, we did NOT need repairs (we have no leaks), but that our roof would probably need replacement within five years and to call them for an estimate when that time came. We were reassured, slightly shocked, and quite pleased. No unnecessary work done, no time wasted. Will definitely use again. Very professional. Money actually spent? $0

Insurance and Storm Claims
If the damage came from a storm, we document it properly and deal with your adjuster. We handle wind mitigation inspections too, which is the report that can lower your premium once the new roof is on.

Do I need to be home during my roof replacement?
No. We walk you through the plan beforehand and send photos as the work goes on, so you can be at work and still know exactly what is happening on your roof.
Will you replace the decking under my roof?
Only what needs it, and only after we show you. Rotted decking is not visible until the old roof is off, so we photograph every sheet we replace and it appears on your invoice as a line item, never as a surprise.
Can I get a new roof through insurance?
If the damage is storm-related, often yes. Age-related wear generally is not covered. We inspect first and tell you which one you are looking at before you file anything, because a denied claim goes on your record and buys you nothing.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
