If you want an honest opinion, call Roof Bros. A different company told me I needed a new roof, but Roof Bros (specifically Colleen) suggested the name of an inspector instead. Turns out, my roof was fine! They saved me from an unnecessary, costly replacement. It’s rare to find a company that puts service over sales. Thank you!
What an unusual experience, to say the least. Every point of contact we had with Florida Roof Bros, from phone calls (several from Colleen in the office, two where we actually spoke) and the inspection visit with Jared, was above and beyond our expectations. Communication was prompt and professional. They got back to us immediately about maintenance and possible repairs to our metal roof. When I finally got back to them (it was during stormy weather and they communicated and explained well that they can't climb a slippery aluminum roof when it's wet) we were able to schedule a tentative appointment for when the weather was dry. Jared (Sales Manager, who provides estimates) showed up EARLY and called to let me know he was going to be early (as opposed to all those tradespeople who just fail to show and you never hear from again...). Then, looked at our roof, spoke to my husband and reassured us that the little bit of rust we were seeing at the eave corners was from blown in water, was only superficial, we did NOT need repairs (we have no leaks), but that our roof would probably need replacement within five years and to call them for an estimate when that time came. We were reassured, slightly shocked, and quite pleased. No unnecessary work done, no time wasted. Will definitely use again. Very professional. Money actually spent? $0
