Florida Roof Brothers did a wonderful job installing a metal roof on my house. Their installers were very qualified and completely finished installing in 2 days as promised. The cleanup was spotless as if no work was even done. Follow up was excellent checking to see if I was satisfied was the process. I would highly recommend them!
My shingle roof was installed nearly 15 years ago by a contractor, who sold me the 50 year Owens Corning warranty. When I noticed a leak around my chimney, I called up the contractor and found that he sold the company to another contractor who didn’t honor the warranty. When I reached out to Owens Corning, they recommended Florida Roof Bros to do the repair. When I contacted Colleen from Roof Bros, she said Jared would come out and perform a thorough roof inspection, after which he said he would reach out to Owens Corning and negotiate for the cost of the repair. Once they agreed on a price, the team came out and fixed the chimney in 2 days! After the repair it rained pretty hard. I went up in the attic to check out the workmanship and lo and behold, there weren’t any more leaks! Based on the quality of their workmanship and professionalism, I would recommend Florida Roof Bros to anyone who’s looking to have roof repaired or installed. Thanks Florida Roof Bros!
The customer service is well versed in all roofing questions. The ladies always had great personalities and always willing to help. The roofing crew took great care to cover any areas where material would fall. The men were polite and worked with care. When they completed the roof is was beautiful. I have yet to find any nails or debris anywhere. My thanks to them. Five stars
I’m so glad we chose Roof Brothers to do our roof. Roof Brothers was hoghly recommended by a coworker and usually you dont act on it to a possible ruining of a friendship. We had 4 estimates all were in the same ballpark but Brandon’s was by far the most professional. He explained how the work would proceed and answered all our questions. From dropping off the dumpster, how the existing roof would be removed the new roof installed and they did a wind mitigation assessment of the new roof. Our insurance company told us the wind mitigation report will save us $300.00 a year.
